Agricultural company
Acos operates with a major agricultural producer in the Province of Salta, one of the world's principal pulse-production areas. The company has a vast amount of land available, part of it still uncultivated, and a modern plant for product processing.
Ecological oasis
The ecological oasis covers an area of more than 1,000 hectares and consists of plots of land never before cultivated and therefore completely free of any pollutants. This factor, combined with the oasis' isolated location and cultivation according to organic-farming techniques (EC Regulation 2092/1991) guarantees the total absence of pesticides residues in the product. OIA (Organizacion Internacional Agropecuaria), a certification body recognised by the EU, monitors production in Argentina.
