Acos’s Mexican plant is located in the city of Guamuchil, in the State of Sinaloa.The plant is one of the newest and most advanced in the State of Sinaloa and covers over 5000 m². Its facilities include ultramodern pulse processing equipment, an optical sorter and conveyor belts for hand picking, as well as 2 silos, both of which can hold up to approximately 1500 tonnes of produce. The plant produces giant Mexican chickpeas at a rate of over 120 tonnes per day.
Acos’s Mexican plant undoubtedly constitutes an excellent point of reference for the American market, thanks to its location midway between the North and South American markets. In addition, it is also an essential supplier of giant Mexican chickpeas to European countries.
